Job Summary: We are seeking an LED screen installation technician for our operational team, responsible for preparing, installing, dismantling, and maintaining audiovisual equipment. A positive work environment and opportunities for growth within the technical team. **Audiovisuales Fader** is a company specialized in technical production and the supply of audiovisual solutions for corporate events, trade fairs, conferences, shows, and productions across Spain. We work with LED screens, sound, lighting, structures, video, and audiovisual solutions for all types of professional installations. We seek to incorporate an **LED screen installation technician** into our team to work in the operational area, based at our warehouse in **San Fernando de Henares, Madrid**. The selected candidate will participate in the preparation, installation, dismantling, and basic maintenance of audiovisual equipment—especially indoor and outdoor LED screens. **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Installing, dismantling, and assembling LED screens for events. * Preparing and inspecting equipment in the warehouse prior to each service. * Loading, unloading, organizing, and packing audiovisual equipment. * Supporting video, structure, rigging, and other audiovisual system installations as needed. * Performing basic checks on LED modules, cabling, connections, and processors. * Performing simple equipment maintenance, identifying issues, and ensuring equipment order and cleanliness. * Collaborating with the rest of the technical team during installations and dismantling. **Requirements** * Prior experience in LED screen or audiovisual equipment installation. Valued but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of video signals, cabling, connections, and structures. * Good physical condition, as the role involves manual labor, material handling, and occasionally working at height. * Availability to work variable hours according to the event schedule. * Problem-solving attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the audiovisual sector. **Especially Valued** * Valid driver's license (Class B). * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Knowledge of Novastar or other LED processors/controllers. * Experience in trade fairs, conferences, corporate events, or audiovisual productions. * Basic knowledge of sound, lighting, video, or structures. **What We Offer** * Joining a stable and growing company in the audiovisual sector. * Initial contract with potential continuity based on performance. * Continuous training and learning in professional audiovisual technology. * Work on events, trade fairs, and diverse installations. * A positive work environment and opportunities for growth within the technical team.
