An established and growing company. **Executive Assistant and Commercial Manager – New Colchón** **Location:** Valencia Capital **Contract Type:** Full-time Job Description At New Colchón, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile individual to join us as an **Executive Assistant**, performing duties including management support, commercial management, customer service, and digital marketing. Main Responsibilities * Direct administrative and organizational support to management as required. * Management and creation of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Planning and monitoring of digital posts and campaigns. * In-store customer service and advisory support. * Sales of mattresses, sleep systems, and complementary products. * Order management and follow-up. * Organization and coordination of delivery routes and shipments. * Communication with suppliers, customers, and partners. * Preparation of reports and operational task tracking. * Collaboration in commercial activities and brand promotion. Requirements * Experience in customer service and sales. * Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation. * Proficiency in computer and office software tools. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Excellent communication skills and commercial orientation. * A responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Prior experience in retail, administration, or digital marketing is a plus.
