DESCRIPTION Rieka Talent is seeking, on behalf of one of our clients—a company specialized in scaffolding rental and assembly in Madrid—an Industrial Engineer for permanent incorporation. This is a key position within the company, focused on the design, planning, and optimization of technical solutions in temporary structure assembly projects. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Design and development of technical solutions for scaffolding systems and auxiliary structures. * Preparation of drawings, technical designs, and models, evaluating their technical and regulatory feasibility. * Planning and supervision of projects from initial phase through execution and completion. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams on site and in the technical office. * Budget management, resource allocation, and project cost control. * Optimization of construction processes and proposal of improvements in efficiency and safety. * Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and technical standards. * Resolution of technical issues during design and execution phases. **Offer** ------------- * Permanent contract. * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–16:00. * Friday: 08:00–15:30. * Annual gross salary: **34\.700 €**, paid in 12 installments. * Company car. * Opportunity to join an established company in the scaffolding rental and assembly sector, handling technically significant projects. * On-site work mode. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Registered with the corresponding professional association (or eligibility for registration). * Prior experience is not required. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, SAP, SolidWorks, or other design programs. * Highly analytical profile with ability to solve complex problems. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Meticulous individual with strong attention to detail. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
