Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Technology Integration Manager to lead the implementation of industrial solutions, optimizing efficiency, traceability, and control in production processes. Ingeteam, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Technology Integration Manager for its facilities in Sesma. **Job Mission** Coordinate and lead the implementation and integration of industrial technologies across group plants to enhance efficiency, traceability, and control capabilities of production processes. The selected candidate will ensure proper interconnection among equipment, systems, and operations, while also facilitating effective adoption of these solutions by production teams. **Main Responsibilities** Implementation of technological solutions in production (25%) Plan and coordinate the implementation of new technologies on-site, including data capture systems, automation, control systems, and operational support tools. Ensure that implemented solutions integrate correctly with existing processes and deliver tangible operational improvements. Integration of equipment, systems, and platforms (25%) Guarantee proper connectivity among machinery, control systems, production management systems, document management systems, and other corporate platforms. Define integration standards enabling interoperability and scalability of solutions across different plants. Coordination with plants and technical departments (25%) Act as liaison between plants, Business Units, the Digitalization Department, and other technical teams to ensure coherent and sustainable implementation of technological solutions. Facilitate user adoption and promote common best practices across the group. Technology-driven operational improvement (25%) Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes through the use of new technologies. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce incidents, and improve traceability. **Requirements** Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent), preferably in Industrial Organization, Automatic Control, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. Valuable Technical Knowledge * ERP (SAP) * Teamcenter * MES systems * Project management **Languages** English level C1\. Digital Competencies Proficiency in Office 365 and related knowledge of tools and technologies associated with this role. **Experience** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles related to technological integration, industrial digitalization, or process improvement in production environments.
