Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented person We are seeking a versatile construction professional with experience to carry out maintenance and repair work across various workplaces in Barcelona, including factories, warehouses, and offices. Your responsibilities will include masonry and plastering tasks—such as repairing walls, floors, and other damages—as well as interior painting and glass replacement. You will also perform minor basic plumbing interventions and preventive repairs to keep facilities in optimal condition. We are looking for someone with proven experience who can work autonomously. Proactivity, good organizational skills, and attention to detail in finishing work will be highly valued. A valid Class B driving license is mandatory for traveling between different locations. Candidates must reside in Barcelona or Badalona. A permanent full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday, with an approximate schedule of 8:00–17:00, subject to some flexibility. The annual gross salary ranges from €27,000 to €28,500, with potential up to €30,000 depending on experience. Payment is made in 15 installments. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and the possibility of agreeing on one week of vacation during the first year is considered. Solid experience in masonry and plastering. Full autonomy in the described functions. Class B driving license. Residence in Barcelona or Badalona. Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented person. No formal education required. Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience.
