**1 Reliability and Improvement Engineer** **Permanent contract \| Full-time** Would you like to drive continuous improvement and process reliability within a leading company in the nuclear sector? If you are interested in participating in process optimization projects, root cause analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Safety Culture initiatives, this opportunity may interest you. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ✔️ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of significant incidents to identify causes and implement preventive actions. ✔️ Manage the development of improvement proposals through the CAPA system. ✔️ Participate in and advise on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S improvement projects. ✔️ Conduct periodic 5S audits according to the established plan. ✔️ Analyze and evaluate internal processes, procedures, and work systems, proposing and implementing improvement initiatives. ✔️ Train and instruct company personnel on improvement procedures. ✔️ Prepare monthly quality reports and indicators. ✔️ Manage specific process indicators. ✔️ Conduct quarterly analysis of manufacturing deviations (NCRs). ✔️ Implement and monitor the Ensa Human Behaviour (EHB) program. ✔️ Perform quarterly evaluations of EHB maturity matrices. ✔️ Develop training materials, manuals, procedures, and codes related to EHB. ✔️ Conduct quarterly analysis of manufacturing deviations (NCRs). ✔️ Comply with Quality Manuals and applicable General and Specific Procedures. **What do we offer?** ✔️ Number of vacancies: 1 ✔️ Department: Nuclear Safety (NSO) and Improvement. ✔️ Work location: Maliaño (Cantabria). ✔️ Permanent full-time contract. ✔️ Split working hours. ✔️ Compensation: annual gross fixed salary of **38\.000 €**, plus a variable component of up to **19 %**, linked to achievement of objectives, as well as social benefits stipulated in the ENSA Collective Agreement. Essential requirements ✔️ Officially recognized or accredited degree in Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization. ✔️ Minimum official English level: B2\.
