The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the good condition and proper functioning of the facilities by performing general maintenance tasks. Garden and exterior area maintenance Cleaning and organization of common areas Painting and minor repairs Basic plumbing and electricity * Experience: 12 months. Experience in maintenance, gardening, painting, and exterior cleaning tasks. Plumbing and electrical knowledge will be valued. * Spanish (spoken: Basic, written: Basic) * Competencies / Knowledge: Responsibility (Level: HIGH), Teamwork (Level: HIGH) * Vehicle availability: , car * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time work schedule * Other relevant information: Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace.
