As team leader, you’ll be responsible for both your business’s success and your own professional development. **Work Where Action Is!** ------------------------------- Together with your colleagues, you’ll manage various groups of store employees and do everything possible to achieve strong results. You’ll monitor sales volume, organize shelf allocation and your store’s appearance. You’ll also be responsible for supplies, daily cash register closing, and planning each task. Additionally, you’ll support colleagues’ development and evaluate candidates applying for positions at your sister store. You’ll regularly communicate with the regional director regarding your business’s progress and results. **We Offer:** ----------------- * Minimum gross full-time annual salary of €24,500.00.
