We continuously push the boundaries of our technology to empower communities such as Valencia (Spain), Bad Hersfeld (Germany), and Queensland (Australia) to better manage their assets, reduce operational costs, and preserve their identity and environment. **Job Description** The Development Engineer position aims to support product technical development and ensure its proper preparation for industrialization. Key responsibilities include coordinated work with the Studio Team, creation and validation of 3D models, and precise management of bill of materials (BOM). This role requires extensive 3D design knowledge, proficiency in BOM management, high concentration and analytical capability, as well as comprehensive training across various product domains and industrialization processes. **Requirements** **REQUIRED:** * Industrial Technical Engineer, specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering * 5 years of experience in product development within an industrial environment * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken * Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems, and 3D design using SolidWorks * Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of PLM and ERP systems. Expertise in 3D design (SolidWorks). Familiarity with SmartSheet * Strong communication skills, ability to concentrate, and capacity to interact with the Group at the highest level * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools **PREFERRED:** * Intermediate-level written and spoken French * Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, quality control, and assembly * Advanced technical expertise in electromechanical and industrial fields **Additional Information** **SPECIFIC INFORMATION**: Product customization. * Economic evaluation and timeline estimation for each customization case * Verification and follow-up of prototype development and laboratory testing * Identification of critical BOM materials to alert the PPL in their responsibilities * Verification that all required documentation, drawings, and BOM are properly prepared in PLM to enable work launch and case closure * Communication upon launch of Custom variants, so plants can generate production codes in the ERP (AXAPTA) * Maintenance of control files in SmartSheet to enable internal work tracking and overall team lifecycle KPIs * The scope of work extends beyond the Studio Team and is global in nature, requiring consultation with factory production teams, the commercial team requesting the case, or technical teams across the Group to clarify all necessary matters Respect is one of our core values.
