The Téciman team’s approach is reflected in the work we are currently executing for our clients across multiple industrial sectors. For new projects, we require a **MECHANICAL DESIGNER SPECIALIST IN SOLID HANDLING**, based in **Madrid**. **Responsibilities**: * Analysis, interpretation, and application of project baseline documents (codes, specifications, etc.) * Mechanical calculation and design of equipment, including: Material selection, thickness analysis, external loads (wind, seismic, others), weight estimation. * Preparation of documentation required for equipment procurement requests. * Technical analysis and comparison of vendor proposals. * Vendor documentation follow-up: Drawings, calculations, welding procedures, etc. * Coordination with other disciplines and integration of data and comments. * Technical cooperation and support required for inspection activities (performed by others). * Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality of project development (hour management, task execution, etc.) and for equipment-specific deliverables. **Requirements**: * Industrial Engineering degree, Mechanical specialization or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Solid Handling Specialist Engineer, having worked in fertilizer plants, coal facilities, solid waste plants, gravel plants, etc. * Knowledge of equipment: Belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, Redler conveyors, rotary drums, screens, stacking machines, de-stacking machines, port loaders/unloaders, etc. * Experience in EPC project management and interaction with international clients. * Advanced level of technical English (spoken and written). **Workplace**: * Madrid. **What We Offer**: * Permanent contract with immediate incorporation. * Flexible working hours and intensive summer schedule. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with candidate’s experience and value. * Long-term project with professional development opportunities.
