**Description:** ---------------- **CRANE OPERATOR WITH 12-METER LIFTING PLATFORM – BIOMASS PLANT** Torrelavega, Cantabria **ABOUT US** ***Caldererías Indálicas*** is an industrial company specializing in boiler-making, industrial assembly, and maintenance, with national and international projects in the energy, oil \& gas, and renewable sectors. We are seeking to hire a Crane Operator with a 12-meter lifting platform for work at our biomass plant in Torrelavega (Cantabria). **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Driving and operating a crane truck equipped with a 12-meter lifting platform in an industrial environment * Lifting and positioning industrial materials, equipment, and components as directed by the site team * Supporting assembly and maintenance tasks requiring elevated access * Performing daily basic vehicle and platform inspections (fluid levels, tire pressures, general condition) * Identifying and reporting equipment anomalies or incidents to the site supervisor * Strictly adhering to safety procedures for lifting operations and work at height * Proper management of vehicle documentation and lifting platform usage records **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Valid driving license category C \+ E (mandatory) * Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) (mandatory) * Valid certification for operating mobile personnel lifting platforms (PEMP) (mandatory) * Vocational training course for operators of self-propelled mobile cranes * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating crane trucks with lifting platforms in industrial environments * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to work at height and lifting operations * Availability to work in Torrelavega (Cantabria) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in industrial plants: biomass, energy, industrial construction, or similar * Specialized training in lifting and rigging operations * Valid vocational training certificate in the metal sector * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for industrial vehicles **WHAT WE OFFER** * Project-based employment contract tied to the specific assignment * Competitive remuneration aligned with market standards and candidate’s experience * Immediate integration into an ongoing industrial project * Established company with a robust national project portfolio and potential for continued employment
