At IMAN CLEANING, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Services Coordinator for Cleaning Services to join our team at the SEVILLA branch. Responsibilities: * Staff management: recruitment, schedule adjustments, sick leave coverage, vacation planning, etc. * Lead and coordinate cleaning teams across various work sites. * Plan and organize daily work, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Conduct periodic inspections and quality audits. * Serve as the liaison between clients and the operational team. * Resolve incidents or complaints effectively and promptly. * Manage inventories and supply requests. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in cleaning services coordination or a similar position is desirable. * Leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for different surfaces and environments. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and proactively. * Flexible working hours and willingness to travel within the province. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Valid driver’s license. * Preferred: experience using attendance tracking applications, shift scheduling tools, and quality audit systems. WE OFFER: * Permanent contract. * Salary: between €21,000 and €23,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00 (flexible schedule). * Mileage reimbursement, laptop, and mobile phone.
