DESCRIPTION Location: Ibiza town center (on-site) Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break) Permanent contract Salary: €30.000 gross annually, depending on experience and qualifications Start date: Immediate or as agreed **Job Description** -------------------------- Rieka Talent is seeking an Accountant to join our team in Ibiza. The selected candidate will be responsible for the company’s accounting management, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and providing support in administrative and financial management tasks. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Managing the company’s general accounting. * Recording and accounting for customer and supplier invoices. * Bank reconciliations and treasury control. * Preparing monthly and annual accounting closings. * Preparing and filing taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax, and other tax obligations). * Supporting internal and external audits. * Preparing and monitoring financial and management reports. * Controlling and analyzing costs, expenses, and financial indicators. * Supporting HR administration and coordinating with external advisory firms. * Administrative document filing and management. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Intermediate level of English is valued. * Experience in preparing financial and budgetary reports. **What We Offer** ------------------- * Job stability through a permanent contract. * A solid project with professional growth potential. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Annual gross salary around €30.000, commensurate with experience. * Full-time on-site schedule, Monday to Friday. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience performing accounting functions. * Solid knowledge of financial accounting and taxation. * Experience in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Experience managing and filing taxes. * Proficiency in office software, especially Excel. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Residency in Ibiza or willingness to relocate. * Familiarity with accounting management software and ERP systems.
