Veolia designs and implements solutions for water, waste, and energy management, contributing to the sustainable development of cities and industries. **Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, is seeking to hire a Multi-skilled Facility Maintenance Technician for the Meco area, Madrid. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical installations. * Supervising and maintaining HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). * Carrying out electrical maintenance tasks, such as inspection of electrical panels, wiring, and general installations. * Diagnosing and repairing faults in refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems. * Conducting general maintenance on machinery and building installations assigned, addressing any incidents that may arise. * Recording interventions, energy consumption, and operational parameters. * Measuring and controlling indoor air quality and installation efficiency. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Legionella prevention standards. * Collaborating with the technical team to optimize the performance of assigned installations. * Adapting to service requirements by providing support across various maintenance areas as needed by the facility. **We offer:** * Indefinite-term contract * Salary negotiable based on qualifications/experience * Immediate start If you are interested in participating in the selection process, please apply here!
