You will collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure our facilities are always in optimal condition, delivering agile, high-quality service with a friendly, personal touch. Your work will directly support the hotel’s daily operations and the well-being of our visitors. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in setting up and dismantling service areas * Accompanying guests in the dining area with courtesy * Restocking supplies and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Actively collaborating with the team to ensure an outstanding guest experience **What do we expect from you?** * Supporting general hotel maintenance tasks, including minor repairs to furniture, faucets, carpentry, and painting. * Performing basic electrical and plumbing interventions. * Supervising and maintaining swimming pools in proper working condition, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks: legionella control, filter cleaning, pump inspections, and hyperchlorination. * Reporting incidents to the Maintenance Manager and collaborating on the internal management system. **Who are we?** Landmar Hotels is a Canary Islands-based hotel chain located in southern Tenerife, founded with the purpose of transforming holidays into memorable experiences. Together, we create experiences** Requirements * Prior experience in general maintenance tasks, preferably in hotel environments. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting. * Technical training in maintenance, electricity, or related fields will be valued. * A responsible individual with strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Immediate availability.
