Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic chef for a gastrobar, responsible for menu development, menu card creation, stock control, and allergen awareness. Key Highlights: 1. Stock control and allergen knowledge We are looking for a creative chef for a GASTROBAR; hospitality studies are preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should be dynamic, capable of preparing daily menus and menu cards, managing stock, and possessing allergen knowledge. Preference is given to candidates residing in the southern area of Madrid.
