




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible cook to plan, prepare, and distribute nutritionally balanced daily menus, ensuring food safety and adapting to special dietary needs, as well as supervising kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and preparation of balanced daily menus 2. Supervision of staff and coordination with management 3. Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Responsible for planning, preparing, and distributing daily menus, ensuring maximum nutritional quality, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP), and accommodating students’ special needs (allergies, intolerances, or specific diets). Must supervise kitchen staff and assign tasks, monitor work timing and quality; coordination with the center’s management is required. Strict adherence to the following is mandatory: \- Preparation of balanced menus under the supervision of nutritionists. \- Strict compliance with food handling regulations and cleaning protocols. \- Inventory control, order reception, and supervision of product freshness. \- Strict separation and labeling protocol to ensure safety for students with dietary restrictions. \- Supervision and cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities. Standard requirements for a cook position in a school environment: \- Education: Vocational qualification in Cooking and Gastronomy (or higher-level qualification such as Advanced Vocational Training in Kitchen Management). \- Food Handler Certificate: Mandatory and valid (high-risk category). \- Demonstrable experience in collective catering, institutional kitchens, or high-volume operations. \- Certificate of Criminal Record for Sexual Offenses: Mandatory for working in any environment involving minors.
