Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient and workspace preparation, assist in medical procedures, replenish supplies, and operate medical equipment. Key Highlights: 1. IMR is looking to incorporate a **Nursing Assistant** into our **Madrid** team, working full-time on rotating shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** · **Patient Preparation:** Perform hygienic preparation of patients for treatments. This includes providing informed consents and delivering appropriate post-treatment instructions. · **Preparation of Examination Rooms and Operating Theatres:** Ensure that the work area, medical instruments, and required materials are properly prepared prior to medical procedures. · **Assistance in Examinations and Medical Procedures:** Support physicians during examinations, wound dressings, and treatments, ensuring appropriate patient care before, during, and after each intervention. · **Supply Replenishment:** Verify and restock disposable supplies, sheets, and towels in consultation rooms, examination rooms, and operating theatres. · **Equipment Handling and Sterilization:** Sterilize used instruments and manage the powering on/off, maintenance, and cleaning of medical equipment. · **Schedule Management:** Prepare the next day’s schedule for consultations and treatments, organizing necessary resources and spaces. You will join our **MADRID** team. **Permanent full-time employment contract.** Requirements: * **FORMAL AND OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED TRAINING** as a Nursing Assistant * Minimum **1 year** of **experience** * Ability to work effectively in a **team**. * Adaptability to **rotating shifts**. * Availability for **morning, afternoon, and double shifts**. * Willingness to complete the initial **2\* weeks\* training program** outside Madrid (VALENCIA) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €19,700.00–€20,700.00 per year Application Questions: * Do you reside in Madrid? * Are you available to stay outside Madrid for 2 weeks?
