Description

We are seeking a social integrator specifically from 09/14/2026 to 06/23/2027 (10-month academic calendar, respecting local holidays and school vacation periods). Service beneficiaries: Children and adolescents aged 3 to 12 years in social risk situations identified by social services, and their families. Position description: We seek a social integrator to join the team of the Non-Residential Socioeducational Intervention Service (SIS) of the La Llagosta Town Council. The selected candidate will provide daytime care outside school hours for vulnerable children and adolescents, applying a comprehensive and personalized socioeducational methodology emphasizing prevention and early intervention. Direct care and development: Provide a welcoming space for coexistence and socialization, offering both individualized and group-based support. Skills and routines: Promote the acquisition of basic coexistence habits and the development of social and emotional skills. Family intervention: Accompany, advise, and provide direct support to families to enhance their parental, relational, and social competencies, reducing stress factors within the family unit. Educational support: Accompany children to educational centers and other community resources to foster social integration and prevent absenteeism. Service management: Prepare activities, participate in internal coordination meetings, and attend external coordination spaces with the local territorial network. * SOCIAL INTEGRATION * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Degree in Social Integration or equivalent (training and specific experience in childhood and adolescence at social risk will be valued).
