We are looking for a person to manage outbound calls and offer customers additional products, upgrades, or complementary coverage tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include cross-selling, advisory support, resolving customer inquiries, and proposing value-added solutions. Personalized service with empathy and a commercial focus is also provided, along with administrative tasks to record information in internal systems. You will work with energy sector brands in a dynamic and growing market. Working hours are part-time with fixed shifts depending on the active campaign: morning shift from 10:00 to 16:00, morning/afternoon shift from 11:00 to 17:00, afternoon shift from 12:00 to 18:00, or from 15:00 to 21:00\. The gross hourly salary is 9.74 euros plus commissions, with incentives for meeting quality and retention targets. An initial 3-month contract is offered, with potential integration into permanent staff, prior and ongoing training, and a positive working environment. The position is located in Barcelona, near the Fira metro station. Previous experience in sales or commercial environments—either by phone or in person—is required, as well as commercial skills such as persuasion and closing ability, strong product presentation, results orientation, proactive and solution-oriented attitude, and a high level of spoken and written Catalan (positively valued).
