Job Summary: A nurse responsible for attending to and monitoring service users, addressing their health and general needs, administering medications, taking vital signs, and collaborating with medical staff. Medication management and clinical record keeping This is a temporary, part-time nursing position with a salary of 2\.341,49 €. The selected candidate will attend to and monitor service users, meeting their health and general needs. Key duties include administering medications according to prescriptions, measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and collaborating with medical staff by preparing necessary materials. The nurse will also maintain the order of clinical records and document data related to their work. Additionally, the nurse will attend to bedridden patients by performing postural changes, monitor nutrition (including nasogastric or gastric tubes), and provide hygiene care and stoma care for colostomized individuals. Personal hygiene of service users and medications or food in their rooms will be supervised. In certain cases, the nurse may coordinate and supervise care activities according to the care plan. The nurse will also collaborate with physiotherapists on activities compatible with their qualifications, address health needs of center staff, and place pharmacy orders, laboratory tests, and radiographic examinations when no dedicated personnel are available.
