A group of cafés, bakeries, and artisan workshops in Barcelona. We are seeking a counter and dining room assistant: serving coffee and products, attending to customers, and maintaining the premises immaculate as part of a team. Stable afternoon position, compatible with studies. Coffee machine operation and product knowledge are taught on-site. What we seek is excellent customer service and genuine motivation to work seriously. Training from day one and an in-store leader who supports you. **Working Hours** * Fixed weekly schedule of 35 hours, extendable with supplementary hours up to 40\. * Afternoon shifts. Includes weekends and public holidays when they fall within your regular working schedule. * Permanent contract under the Barcelona Bakery Industry Collective Agreement. **Job Requirements** * Spanish and English for customer interaction (we serve an international clientele). Knowledge of Catalan is valued. * Genuine availability for afternoon shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Genuine interest in customer service and teamwork. * Responsibility: completing assigned tasks and taking care of your role. * Prior experience in cafés or hospitality is desirable but not essential—we provide training.
