The person to be hired will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the mixing process by handling the corresponding raw materials in accordance with established guidelines. Within the production department, the mixing operator will perform the following duties: \-Receive instructions regarding the product to be manufactured in order to meet the daily production schedule. \-Weigh raw materials prior to dosing and transfer the product into the reactor to begin formulation. \-Take a sample and send it to the laboratory once the product is completed. \-Discharge the product into IBCs or storage tanks, verifying that filtration is occurring and cleaning filters as necessary. \-Clean work tools—including pumps, hoses, filters, and reactors—upon completion of assigned tasks. \-Carry out scheduled TPM activities. \-Ensure cleanliness of their work area in compliance with the 7S methodology. \-Work in accordance with the company's safety and prevention protocols, including correct use of PPE, chemicals, machinery, etc. \-Embrace a culture of continuous improvement within the area, actively participating and demonstrating commitment to proposing improvements. \-Actively participate in daily review meetings for our key performance indicators.
