Job Summary: Grupo Hoteles Porcel is seeking an Accounting Assistant to strengthen its finance department, managing accounting tasks, reconciliations, financial closings, and tax preparation, thereby contributing to economic control. Continuous training and development within the company Grupo Hoteles Porcel seeks to incorporate an Accounting Assistant to reinforce the finance department and contribute to the accurate economic control of our hotels. Main Responsibilities: * Management and accounting of supplier and customer invoices. * Bank reconciliations and treasury control. * Preparation and supervision of monthly and annual financial closings. * Tax preparation and filing (VAT, Personal Income Tax, etc.). * Cost control and support in budget preparation. * Document management and accounting archive maintenance. * Coordination with external auditors and tax advisors. * Preparation of financial reports for management. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience in the hotel or tourism sector is desirable. * Solid knowledge of financial accounting and taxation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting management software. * Organized, analytical individual with strong teamwork skills.
