Real opportunity for professional growth WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ADVANCED AESTHETIC TECHNICIAN – MADRID An advanced aesthetic center undergoing growth and evolution seeks to hire a technician with proven cabin experience and a commercial mindset. We value committed, solution-oriented candidates eager to grow within a project characterized by constant change and improvement. KEY REQUIREMENTS: **Experience in laser hair removal, preferably using SHR technology.** Knowledge and confidence in facial and body diagnosis. **Commercial profile: enjoys recommending and selling treatments.** Accustomed to working toward goals and achieving results. **Ability to adapt and ease of working under supervision and internal protocols. WHAT WE OFFER:** Initial schedule of 30 hours per week, afternoon shift. **Possibility to expand to morning shifts or full-time schedule based on performance and results after 6 months.** Joining a center in full growth and transformation. **Mandatory continuous training.** Real opportunity for professional growth within the project. **Teamwork, constant evolution, and active participation in new changes and protocols.
