Position Summary: Tragsatec is seeking an Architect to support the management and review of European Aid files, as well as planning, monitoring, and document drafting. Key Points: 1. Key support in quality management of European Aid files. 2. Participation in the planning and monitoring of actions and programs. 3. Collaboration in drafting documents and administrative management. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Architect \- Review of European Aid files in Jaén. **Work Location** -------------------- * Jaén **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in quality management of European Aid files. * Support in planning and scheduling of actions. * Support in managing administrative procedures required for implementing various measures defined in different programs. * Support in designing and operating systems for receiving and managing queries related to action implementation. * Support in defining a governance model to ensure coordination among different agents involved in program implementation, as well as defining standardized procedures. * Support in preparing meetings with different agents involved in implementation. * Support in monitoring planning and proposing monitoring indicators for various actions. * Support in monitoring and updating indicators associated with various actions. * Support in document management and information updating to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project progress reports, indicator analysis, risk management, etc. * Support in drafting documents required for processing and managing these procedures. * Use of necessary software applications to carry out assigned tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of the required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and accreditation of the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a degree in Architecture, a University Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or in Foundations of Architecture, or a University Master’s Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in administrative management of subsidies for improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience working for public administration within the last 5 years. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects for improving energy efficiency in buildings. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in preparing Energy Efficiency Certificates within the last 5 years. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in drafting building assessment reports. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience using the REHABILITA software tool. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in drafting rehabilitation projects. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time schedule.
