We are looking for a person to fill the position of **Outbound Transportation Coordinator**, whose main responsibilities would be as follows: * Coordinate team activities and resources by assigning tasks, organizing workflows, and collaborating on implementing processes that ensure effective and orderly execution. * Negotiate rates and terms with transportation providers, securing the most cost-effective options and optimal delivery timelines. * Develop and adapt logistics procedures to meet the company’s needs, considering market growth and expansion. * Implement new procedures in warehouses and other expanding markets. * Ensure all procedures align with the Group’s quality and efficiency standards. * Guarantee that outbound shipments meet delivery deadlines and requirements. * Provide logistical support to markets and marketplaces, ensuring efficient distribution compliant with business requirements. * Introduce process changes and improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
