You’ll be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of store visitors. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills, while maintaining motivation and commitment.
