The home delivery driver will be responsible for managing the entire delivery cycle of goods within the assigned area. Key tasks include the safe loading and unloading of products onto the company vehicle, ensuring their integrity and proper handling. Efficient route planning is essential to optimize delivery times and meet scheduled deadlines, requiring daily planning prior to the start of each shift. Driving must be conducted safely and responsibly, strictly adhering to all traffic regulations and prioritizing road safety at all times. Additionally, auxiliary equipment such as a manual hand truck must be operated to facilitate the distribution of larger or heavier packages. The work environment is dynamic and demands strong adaptability to traffic conditions and the specific requirements of each delivery. Constant communication with the logistics team is essential to report incidents, update order statuses, and coordinate any necessary route adjustments. This position plays a key role in ensuring final customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that products arrive in perfect condition and within the agreed timeframe. Accuracy in managing documentation—such as delivery notes—is also an integral part of the role. In summary, we seek a professional who combines practical driving skills with meticulous attention to operational and logistical detail. The offered contract is indefinite from the outset of the employment relationship. The monthly gross base salary is €1,424.50, paid in twelve annual installments. There is a variable incentive of €0.07 per successfully completed delivery order. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Saturday, with split shifts Monday to Friday and continuous shifts on Saturdays. The company provides all necessary work equipment, including a van and a manual hand truck. A valid Spanish Class B driving license with at least one year of validity is required. Fluent reading ability in Spanish is mandatory to interpret addresses and order documents. Personal skills such as autonomy, organizational ability, agility, and strong spatial orientation are valued. Adequate physical condition—including strength and endurance—is required to perform repetitive loading, unloading, and cargo transportation tasks.
