Demonstrable experience in event coordination or project management is required. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with emphasis on Excel for data handling and scheduling. Effective communication skills are necessary to manage multiple stakeholders and interlocutors. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to resolve issues promptly and work efficiently under pressure. Availability and flexibility to adapt to the demands of a high-intensity temporary project are valued. Prior experience in conferences, trade fairs, or conventions is considered advantageous.
