Position Summary: We are seeking an ERP/MES/MOM Software Development Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, with a focus on ERP/MES/MOM systems and Oracle. The company combines deep industrial domain expertise with software capabilities, delivering scalable, customizable, results-oriented solutions that empower organizations to advance toward smart factory models. **Position:** ----------- We are seeking an **ERP/MES/MOM Software Development Manager** to lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, with particular emphasis on **ERP/MES/MOM systems** and environments based on **Oracle databases**. The role will be responsible for coordinating development teams (internal and/or external), defining technical architecture, and ensuring solution quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the software development team (internal and/or external). * Define architecture and development standards. * Oversee the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment). * Manage and evolve **ERP/MES/MOM systems** (implementations, integrations, enhancements). * Design and implement solutions based on **Oracle Database (PL/SQL, query optimization, data modeling)**. * Coordinate technology projects with other departments (IT, business units, vendors). * Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and security. * Define and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs for the area. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. * Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovation. **Requirements:** --------------- **Mandatory:** * Proven software development experience (5+ years). * Advanced knowledge of **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Experience with **Oracle databases**: o PL/SQL o Query optimization o Data modeling * Experience leading technical teams. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in system integration (APIs, web services). **Preferred:** * DevOps experience (CI/CD). * Programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or others. * ERP migration experience. * BI or analytics tools. **Education and Experience:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as Tech Lead, Software Manager, or similar role. * Demonstrable experience in ERP and Oracle environments. **Additional Information:** --------------------- **What We Offer** * Leadership in a strategic project. * A dynamic, evolving technology environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Involvement in key decision-making. * **Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Hybrid / Remote).** If you meet the requirements, please don’t hesitate to send us your CV! \#LI\-LV1
