Therefore, we seek an analytical, proactive individual with technical knowledge and experience in networking and IT to join our strong team. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Assist customers in resolving technical queries or incidents. * Maintain and configure equipment such as switches, routers, and access points. * Monitor, analyze, and diagnose network incidents related to FTTH and WiMAX. * Install and maintain computer software and hardware. ***Requirements*** * Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Network Systems Administration or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Telecommunications and Informatics Systems. * Minimum experience: At least 1 year. KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in network traffic management tools and network analyzers. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, etc. is desirable. * Intermediate level of English. COMPETENCIES: * Responsibility * Initiative and proactivity. * Teamwork * Experience working under defined deadlines * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence is desirable. WORK SCHEDULE: * Full-time * Rotating intensive shifts.
