You will work for a leading company in the Osona region, a reference in innovation and technology. It stands out for its state-of-the-art facilities and a team that invests in young talent and internal training, offering a stable and highly professional environment. You will be part of the specialized production team, performing tasks including: - Programming of high-precision industrial machinery. - Input and adjustment of technical parameters. - CNC system programming. - Supervision of proper SMD line operation to ensure product quality. What do we offer? ✅ Competitive starting salary: €16.05 gross/hour (Group 6\). ✅ Growth plan: Once you have mastered the position and work autonomously (approximately between 6 and 12 months), you will move to Group 5 with the corresponding salary increase. ✅ Night shift schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00. ✅ Initial training: During the first 2 months, you will undergo daytime-shift training to learn the company’s entire methodology before transitioning to night shifts. ✅ Stability: A stable project aimed at integrating you permanently into the workforce. Job Requirements: - Academic qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Computer Systems, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or similar fields. - Experience: Prior experience with CNC or industrial machine programming is highly valued. - Attitude: We seek curious, analytical individuals eager to learn. - Availability: Willingness to complete the initial 2-month training during day/evening shifts, followed by night-shift work.
