Position Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a procurement technician to manage purchasing and claims at its Sesma production plant, integrating into the Procurement team. Key Highlights: 1. Resolve conflicts with suppliers **Ingeteam**, a leader in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a **procurement technician** for its **Sesma** facilities. The selected candidate will join the Procurement Department with the objective of **managing purchasing and claims for the Sesma production plant.** Key responsibilities include: **Purchasing Management** * Send and track planning documents to various suppliers; issue, monitor, and archive purchase orders. * Prepare reports upon request from the Procurement Manager or Department Head. * Report incidents, as well as topics and matters of interest, to the Procurement Manager. * Knowledge of supplier processes * Monitor negotiated pricing via the relevant application **Claims Management** * File claims for material shortages based on material delivery schedules; file claims for non-conforming delivery notes as per the above point. * Resolve conflicts with suppliers **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Industrial Organization * English: B2\. * Experience: Minimum one year of experience in industrial environments is desirable. * IT Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP knowledge. * Competencies: Autonomy and independence; problem-solving; flexibility and solution-oriented mindset; change management; teamwork and collaboration; communication. * Additional Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing and SAP knowledge are desirable.
