We are looking for someone who wants to be the “right hand” of General Management in the company’s economic and operational management — with a global outlook, curiosity, and strong motivation to drive continuous improvement. Your mission As part of the Management Team, you will have direct responsibility for the company’s management control and provide key support for decision-making. Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of profit-and-loss statements by cost center. Rigorous analysis of data and identification of variances, improvement opportunities, and profitability levers. Monitoring data quality: consistency, reliability, and integrity of information. Verification and review of internal systems and procedures. Proposal and leadership of process, workflow, and management tool improvements. Preparation of clear, actionable management reports for General Management and other departments. Mandatory requirements: Residence in Girona or surrounding areas. Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent, with specialization in Management Control. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar management controller role. Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software, as well as database management. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written. Valid EU driving license (category B) and personal vehicle. Highly valued: A highly proactive attitude, oriented toward anticipating problems and seeking innovative solutions. Ability to lead improvement projects within one’s sphere of influence, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments. Familiarity with and curiosity about new digital tools applied to finance and business (automations, BI, collaborative environments, etc.). Experience in automatic replenishment and/or in the same industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 (Office). Experience in data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Power BI. Knowledge of business management systems such as Business Central (evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365). Leadership ability, synthesis skills, and clear communication with non-financial stakeholders. If you enjoy questioning “why things are the way they are”, making data speak, and helping the company make smarter decisions, you’ll be an excellent fit. Stable position in Girona, at an established local company with clear growth prospects. Integration into a dynamic, close-knit team committed to doing things well. A role with direct contact with General Management and real impact on business results. Opportunities for professional growth, both in terms of responsibilities and participation in new projects. Competitive compensation, tailored to the candidate’s profile and experience.
