Staff are required to perform operator duties at an automotive plant located in Orkoien. The position involves machinery and component transformation, assembly, and basic maintenance tasks. Candidates must possess technical knowledge in areas such as welding, sheet metal work, toolmaking, machining, or electromechanics, as well as the ability to use basic computer tools for recording data and work orders. This is a temporary contract requiring full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Sunday. Successful performance in this role demands strict adherence to industrial safety regulations and process quality standards. We seek a versatile individual capable of quickly integrating into the production line, working collaboratively under supervision, and maintaining a consistent pace in daily tasks. Vocational Training Level I (FP I) or Medium-Level Vocational Qualification (Grado Medio) in technical fields such as welding, sheet metal work, machining, or automotive engineering. Demonstrable operator experience of at least two years will be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications. Possession of a valid forklift operator license is considered a positive asset.
