Tasks to be performed include administrative and management duties, face-to-face and telephone customer service, as well as receiving, processing, and following up on incidents and claims. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION DIPLOMA * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Advanced written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Advanced written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Administrative sector training and computer skills are essential. Experience in property management is required, including managing owners' associations, rentals, and other related tasks. Training or experience in conflict resolution, as well as experience using management platforms—especially the Gesfincas software—is desirable. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1500 * Additional information of interest: Working hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
