Company Information Vera Company Job Description Vacant Position **Olot Store** Location: Olot Region: Garrotxa Number of Positions: 1 Category: Customer Service Department: Commercial\- Store Working Hours: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM and 5:00–8:00 PM (Saturday mornings) Salary: €21,000–€22,000 Contract Type: Permanent Contract Duration: Permanent Job Mission Description: Handle customer inquiries and incidents, perform administrative tasks, and carry out commercial duties for Vera’s services, in person at the store. Main Responsibilities Conduct in-person sales of products and services. Make follow-up phone calls to finalize quotations. Process contracts in person, by phone, or via email, and send contractual documentation where applicable. Provide customer support—via in-person visits, email, or phone—to resolve any questions regarding service subscriptions. Resolve incidents and perform basic management tasks related to subscribed services, such as router replacements, cancellations, changes of ownership, mobile-related issues, etc. Manage store inventory, cash register control, and store image. Ensure execution of promotional campaigns. Act as the customer’s point of contact to channel their requests and needs.
