Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for logistics and production roles in the automotive industry, performing tasks such as parts supply, warehouse organization, and welding, cutting, and finishing operations. Daily responsibilities include the continuous supply of metal parts to machinery, orderly placement of materials in the warehouse, and performing welding, cutting, and finishing operations on components according to production line requirements. The contract is full-time, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours distributed from Monday to Friday. Work organization follows rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts—always respecting legally mandated breaks to ensure employee well-being. This is a dynamic position requiring attention and commitment to material handling. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an identical or similar position. * We seek a versatile and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Completed ESO or equivalent qualification. \- Metalworking training is desirable.
