Job Summary: We are seeking a foreman/facility manager to supervise operational activities, staff, and facilities for urban waste container services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of teams of up to 10 people 2. Ensuring order, safety, and efficiency in the facility 3. We are currently looking for a **foreman/facility manager** for the supply, installation, maintenance, and cleaning of urban waste containers. **Mission:** Ensure the proper operational functioning of the facility through the organization, coordination, and daily supervision of team work, guaranteeing order, safety, efficiency, and appropriate maintenance of facilities, tools, and materials, as well as compliance with safety procedures and occupational health and safety regulations (PRL/HSE). **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the daily work of the facility team (up to 10 people). * Coordinate and assign tasks among team members, ensuring correct execution of assigned work. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of workspaces within the facility. * Control, safeguard, and monitor tools, equipment, and work materials. * Perform basic inventory management and stock control of materials and tools. * Supervise and review work carried out by the team and verify work reports. * Conduct periodic inspections of safety equipment and facility installations (first-aid kits, ladders, shelving units, fire extinguishers, climate control systems, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and occupational health and safety (PRL/HSE) procedures. * Identify and report operational incidents or maintenance needs related to facilities. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations. * Promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics facility, or industrial environments. * Experience coordinating or supervising work teams. * Leadership and people management skills. * Ability to plan and organize daily work. * Skills in task supervision, monitoring, and control. * Organized, methodical individual focused on order and efficiency. * Basic knowledge of inventory management, tool control, and material handling. * Basic proficiency in Excel and computer tools. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health and safety (PRL/HSE) regulations. * Ability to resolve day-to-day operational incidents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in companies providing urban service concessions. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Remuneration according to collective agreement * Working hours: Monday–Friday, morning shift At **CONTENUR**, we are committed to offering and promoting equal employment opportunities.
