Perform mold changes on injection molding machines and conduct machine setup. Program machines according to production requirements. Respond to and resolve issues arising during the production process. Ensure the workplace remains clean and organized. Collaborate effectively with the production team. Follow company-established work procedures. Report directly to the Plant Manager. Publication Date 13/03/2026 Requirements Qualifications Preferred Preference given to candidates residing in the Ripollès region or nearby areas. Preferred Experience with specific injection molding machines. Preferred Advanced computer skills (PLC programming, advanced Excel, etc.). Requirements Mandatory CFGS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a similar role. Decision-making and analytical skills. Authority and responsibility in workplace management. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic user-level computer knowledge. Experience with injection molding machines and mold programming.
