We are hiring a **CAE Coordinator** for our facilities in **Madrid**, a role that will help drive progress for our customers. **Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the benefits and rewards: * You will work for a leading, internationally recognized company specializing in customized temporary projects for Power Generation and Distribution, Temperature Control, and Compressed Air. * An internationally recognized company known for its technical expertise and high-value-added solutions, supported by an extensive fleet enabling service to any industrial sector. * Permanent contract, 40 hours per week, base salary plus variable pay, and social benefits (meal vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance). **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing CAE-related documentation—either via email or through various CAE platforms (Obralia, Ctaima, E\-Coordina, Dokify, etc.)—to manage employee access to our customers’ sites. * Resolving rejections, complaints, and incidents on these platforms. * Providing support to resolve any questions related to CAE documentation uploaded to our platform. **Requirements and Experience:** * Education and experience in administration required. * Familiarity with CAE platforms is ideal. * Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency is a plus. * Proficiency in computer use. * Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
