Drives implementation of the succession and channel expansion strategy within their territorial scope. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Attracting, recruiting, and developing future exclusive agents for the company. Supporting recruited AXA future agents in developing their professional competence / specialization. Ensuring compliance with IDD training legislation and correct application of market conduct rules within their area of responsibility.
