In the Customer Service area, we are looking for an intern for the Service to Sales team — a key role to drive the implementation and evolution of this function within the business. As part of the team, you will collaborate on initiatives that directly contribute to customer retention, the development of reactive and proactive sales strategies, and joint work with departments such as Product, Marketing, and Sales. What will you do at Allianz? * Initiative tracking and performance monitoring: You will support the analysis of Service to Sales actions’ performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Support in departmental tasks: You will collaborate on operational and strategic activities to ensure the team functions effectively. * Initiative management: You will participate in the coordination and execution of projects aimed at maximizing the value of service contacts. * Process improvement: You will contribute to optimizing workflows and proposing initiatives that enhance the department’s efficiency. * Participation in meetings and presentation of results: You will actively engage in the team, contributing during follow-up sessions, analysis, and progress communication. What does Allianz need from you? * Currently enrolled in a university degree or master’s program, with eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement. * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Interest in business areas, operations, sales, or customer experience. * Analytical ability, structured thinking, and results orientation. * Proactivity, curiosity, and strong communication skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and ease working in teams.
