Job Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to manage the center, the team, customer service, quality, and technical tasks in order to maximize performance and profitability. We need to select a Workshop Manager for full-time employment to fill a position at one of our service centers located in Motril. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve the target number of jobs and, where possible, exceed the center’s established budget. Team Management and Development & Self-Development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide customers with solutions and strive to meet their needs using all tools available within the company. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure correct implementation of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle requests to send documentation to Administration for billing or client audits; perform assembly tasks (replacements and repairs) as needed, indicating availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell the center’s available products and/or services to customers, identify opportunities, conduct corporate visits, etc., as necessary to generate jobs for the center.
