Position Summary: Quark, SENER Group’s Data Center engineering division, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural development of highly complex projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead structural development for high-demand Data Center projects. 2. Multi-disciplinary coordination and supervision during project execution. 3. Participation in high-impact, long-duration international projects. Quark is SENER Group’s specialized Data Center engineering unit and an internationally recognized reference in engineering and technology. We work on technically complex projects for top-tier clients, from the earliest definition phases through to commissioning. Our team is demanding, multi-disciplinary, and expanding. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with proven experience in technically demanding industrial projects, capable of providing technical leadership to project teams within a multi-disciplinary and international environment. An individual with independent judgment, an integrative vision, and the ability to serve as a technical reference within a multi-disciplinary and international team. Your Responsibilities: * Lead structural development for Data Center projects: from solution definition during the proposal phase through to execution supervision. * Coordinate structural design with architecture, MEP (electrical, HVAC, refrigeration), and specialized suppliers. * Apply Data Center-specific design criteria. * Manage deliverables scheduling and control. Requirements: * Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Highways, Canals and Ports, or Architecture with a Master’s in Structural Engineering. * Over 15 years of experience in structural design and calculation. * Over 5 years leading technical teams. * Experience in technically demanding industrial building projects: Data Centers, logistics warehouses, or similar. * Steel, concrete, and prefabricated structures. * Projects across various phases: design, construction, and value engineering. * Proficiency with structural analysis software: SAP2000, ETABS, CYPE, and/or Robot. * Advanced technical English (mandatory): projects are international and documentation is managed in English. * Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
