Consider any scheduled actions that may impact productive capacity, such as maintenance, trials, disinfections, or staff absences. * Accurately enter and maintain data in SAP and Preactor to ensure proper system functionality, with special attention to data quality. * Maintain frequent contact with the Production team to understand the plant’s actual status, identify potential issues, and propose improvements supporting optimal Operations team performance. * Optimize sequencing to reduce changeover times, increase efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize output. * Develop the plant’s Production Plan. Update daily versions to align the plan with actual production conditions and distribute them to relevant stakeholders via the established communication channel. * Create, review, and release Finished Product Manufacturing Orders aligned with the production plan. * Manage finished product stock levels, proactively preventing any customer service failures and promptly alerting your supervisor to any risks. Also identify potentially obsolete finished products and propose possible disposal. * Update departmental records and indicators (planning, stocks, orders, KPI plan compliance, etc.) Are you ready to take the next step?
