At **I2M**, we are seeking an **Administrative Manager** to lead and coordinate the company's administrative and financial area, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes and supporting the organization's operational growth.
We seek a candidate with a holistic view of the administrative function, leadership ability, results orientation, and experience in supervising accounting, finance, and treasury activities within dynamic and demanding environments.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the administration department.
* Lead and support the administrative team, promoting effective communication and an organized, collaborative work environment.
* Supervise accurate bookkeeping and compliance with administrative and financial processes.
* Supervise tax filings and ensure adherence to established fiscal deadlines.
* Monitor and track treasury operations, liquidity forecasts, and the company's financial needs.
* Supervise bank reconciliations and control of financial transactions.
* Participate in the preparation and supervision of financial statements and accounting closings.
* Provide direct support in drafting and monitoring annual budgets.
* Coordinate and prepare documentation required for internal and external audits.
* Ensure compliance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) and established internal procedures.
* Provide direct support to the Chief Financial Officer on strategic and operational tasks within the area.
**Minimum Requirements**
* Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles.
* Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC).
* Experience working with the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) system.
* Proficiency in A3 or similar accounting software.
* Strong Excel skills.
