Experience in the Social Third Sector. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any sector. * Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced). * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced). * English (spoken basic, written basic). * Competencies / knowledge: We seek a graduate in Social Work with experience in the Social Third Sector, proficiency in office software, and fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Basic English, a driver's license, and personal vehicle are considered assets. We seek an empathetic, organized individual with strong listening skills and ability to work in a team. A driver's license and personal vehicle are preferred. Availability to start after selection. Proficiency in advanced office software. * Personal vehicle availability * Permanent employment contract. * Intensive work schedule. * Other relevant details: An initial 6-month contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming permanent; flexible working hours; occasional telework option; and an annual gross salary of €26.500 (12 payments). Working hours: flexible, typically from 9:00 to 16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break. Work modality: on-site, with the possibility of teleworking one day per week, depending on job requirements.
