You will collaborate closely with a predominantly U.S.-based IT team to ensure production continuity, support new facility rollouts, and enhance network resilience across all sites. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Managing and operating LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure within high-availability manufacturing environments. * Leading network readiness efforts for new facilities and expansions—including the Zaragoza plant and future facilities in Spain. * Administering configurations for routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and ISP circuits—coordinating with vendors and managing incidents. * Establishing and maintaining network standards, documentation, and operational best practices. * Serving as the escalation point for network issues impacting production and resolving complex technical problems. **What will make you successful in this role?** We seek a professional with at least 7 years of hands-on network engineering experience—preferably in manufacturing or 24/7 environments. Practical experience in Wi-Fi, VLAN, routing, firewall, ISP, and VPN design is essential. Experience in mission-critical production environments—and familiarity with platforms such as Cisco (Meraki), Cloudflare, Atlassian, monitoring tools, cloud networks (GCP, AWS), and on-premises infrastructure—is highly valued. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required due to constant communication with international teams. Knowledge of German is a plus.
